This smoothie has been one of my favorites for the past year! It is sweet, healthy, and smooth. Here’s the recipe.

  • 1/2 hass avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

Just put all this in a blender and blend it on up!

Feel free to try this with yogurt or juice to add creaminess and flavor variations.
